Notice of 2016 Pecan Valley Annual Business Meeting

In accordance with the Bylaws of the Texas Trails Council, Boy Scouts of America; this is the official notice of the Pecan Valley Annual Business Meeting scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 8^th, 2016 at the Mills County State Bank, community room.  

Steve Ellis of Brownwood will be the Chairman of the 2016 Pecan Valley Nominating Committee:

1. Steve Ellis (Brown County)
2. Tom Cody Graves (Mills County)
3. Harold Fahrlender (Coleman County)
4. Larry Eddinger (Lampasas County)
5. Randal Hawkins (San Saba County)
6. Jason Silsby (District Executive as non-voting secretary) 

Nominations for all District elective offices shall be made by the nominating committee and no nominations can be made from the floor. So, all Scouters of the Pecan Valley District are invited to make recommendations of possible nominees to the District Nominating Committee for its consideration. Nominations must be submitted to the District Nominating Committee in writing no later than December 1, 2016. A form is attached to aid in this process.
